RIGHT ON TIME

I placed my order with American Auto Relocators on April 1,2006 for pick up on April 4,2006.
The driver failed to pick the car up on that date claiming that his truck was full and that he
would pick it up on that saturday,well he didn't pick it up on that day either. I contacted the
driver on Monday and he told me he was in Georgia and that he was instructed to leave my
car and pick up another car that he's been trying to pick up for three weeks. I then called
American Auto Relocators Customer Service Department and left a message filling them in
on the situation.A very nice guy returned my call and apolgized for the trouble that I
had been going through, I explained to him that the car was a birthday gift and that it
needed to be in Georgia on Friday. On Wednesday morning Dianne contacted be to inform
me that they had placed my order with another driver and he was picking my car up that morning.
Later that afternoon the driver Danny contacted me to let me know that he had picked my
car up and that he would try his best to have it in Georgia by Friday. Danny constantly
kept in touch with his where abouts and needless to say he made it here in perfect time.
