Don't Use

To talk to the people at AARP - they make you feel like they know what they are doing, but they do not. Every time they said they would call back, they did not. They gave me a bogus phone number for the driver "Bob" and "Bob" just never showed up!!!! He was supposed to be there on Friday afternoon, it is now Tuesday and I have not heard anything from the driver or AARP! I have set up transport with another company.

I called them numerous times a day and they would just keep telling me they have not talked to him, or that they would call me back. The person I purchased the car from even called and they were down right nasty to him and again never called back like they said they would! This company is nothing but a headache!!!

This car was being shipped out of an area that has had numerous snow storms recently, and this delayed the shipment by about 5 days. The customer had an original pick up date of the 7th, and after the storms, we let her know there was a delay. She told us that was fine and there was no rush. For some reason she thought that the car was rescheduled for the 9th, but it was not. There was miscommunication and we apologize if we were at fault, however our Driver made it clear he would not be there until the 12th or 13th. We hope that the customers move goes smoothly with her new company and wish her luck in the future.
