I relocated from NY to CA and have never done this before. After calling numerous transporters I realized they are all brokers. So I picked AARP because of Dianne. She took the time out to explain the nature of the business and was very good at putting my mind at ease. She walked me through the pros and cons of transporting and I became skeptical but at least she was honest and it sure beats driving! Not like the other transporters giving me their sales pitch, guarantee’s and sounded so desperate to make a sale.
Once my vehicle was picked up Dianne gave me the number for the transporter Dave and he kept in touch with me and delivered my vehicle on time and in good condition.
After reading some of the negative reviews it’s obvious these customers did not read their contract and understand the word BROKER.
I would highly recommend this company because of their honesty and integrity.
