I am writing to share my experience with shipping my car from California to Wisconsin. I had called up the customer service department to place the order and everything went Ok till that point. I had paid $150 in advance to confirm the ship date. After that, I was supposed to have faxed the movers a contract. That was delayed by a few days because I was so busy arranging/co-ordinating our move. Had the company called me (a live person or at least a recorded message) to remind me about the contract, I would have promptly acted on it. The disappointing point is that I was never notified that there would be a delay in pick up because they didn't receive the signed fax within a certain time frame. I simply received an email stating the actual pick up date. This aspect is very annoying to a customer as I ended up paying for more number of days for the rental car -- a situation that could have been very easily avoided. Other than that, the car arrived in good condition and the driver was very prompt in letting me know about the delivery time, etc.
