Sometimes you just can not please a customer, no matter what you do!! This was booked for a pick up on 6/18. The customer booked this at a discounted rate and chose an estimated pick up date with a 5 to 7 day window, I arranged for a trucker to be there on the 19th, that is 1 day after her start date, well within the estimated window. However, she was not happy with this and demanded we pick up on the 18th. When we explained her contract and our timing she became upset repeatedly called our customer service agent Elaine, sometimes calling 20 times in an hour. What we had thought to be a smooth transaction ended up being a problem. After speaking to me, (yes, I am Dianne) and not likeing the answers I gave her ( I told her the trucker would be there on the 19th and that if she needed a guaranteed pick up on the 18th she would have to pay for that service) she cancelled. We then refunded her promptly. I don't believe this review is at all credible, and rather that it's the rant of someone needing to vent after expecting to get guaranteed service at a cheaper rate then everyone else!
