After a less than ideal experience with another shipping company, I contacted American auto shipping via a google search. Thankfully I was able to speak with Aerin who proved to be the Customer service professional I experienced in a long time! Aerin was thoughtful, thorough, consistent in her follow up, and overall very pleasant to work with. She explained everything in detail and helped me to understand the entire shipping process from start to finish. I felt very confident working with this company and my experience with the driver was awesome! I really appreciated their consistent communication and updates so I knew when and where the car was going to be delivered and if everything was going according to plan. I highly recommend this company and specifically encourage you to ask for Aerin. Her concierge services are the absolute best! Seriously, such a good experience of a cross country move.
