I needed by truck shipped from Las Vegas to New York, but other brokers couldn't get it done in a timely fashion. America can through on many levels. Firstly, their customer service, Rachel in particular, was friendly and professional. They where able to hold my car (I had to travel) for a couple of days before the vehicle was picked up. They effectuated the transport as promised and kept me informed. The trucker who delivered my vehicle was also friendly and professional. American did what they said they would do and got it done. Also, the price quoted was the price paid. I would recommend their services.
