Just call and ask for Aerin! I was so nervous about shipping our truck. This was my first vehicle transporting and there are so, so many companies to choose from. I did my homework and I’m glad I did. American Auto was rated high and had very good reviews, but I was still a bit nervous after reading so many poor reviews at other companies. However, after talking with Aerin I was more at ease. And she did exactly what she said she would do; scheduled my truck for picked by date promised, had it my picked up on time, and had it delivered early! Andy, the driver was nice to work with also and delivered a day early!! Thanks much to both of you.
