Michael is not being truthful. He was told as we tell everyone and it is listed on our terms and conditions that Michael could cancel and receive a 100% refund of his down payment anytime before we dispatch his vehicle to a carrier and we provide Michael with the carrier's name, the driver's name and phone number, and the pickup and delivery dates. Once we do that, a person could make their own arrangements with the carrier, so the down payment is no longer refundable. He was told if he did not like the schedule for any reason that we would reschedule for FREE. What really happened is that as soon as Michael received the carrier information, His story changed, he no longer needed the transport because the dealer was going to have one of their employees drive 628 mile to deliver the car to his house.
