This was an amazing experience! I have been through a very difficult time. My husband recently passed away and I had to get our 2nd vehicle north from VA to NY to be closer to my family. In addition to moving, transporting a vehicle during this time was very overwhelming especially with the state of the world. Aerin and American Auto Shipping was amazing, compassionate and gave me daily updates from beginning to end. This reassured me tremendously and took a fraction of my stresses away. The car was picked up and delivered within the same 24 hr period and the driver was super courteous. He arrived in upstate New York at 3am but didn't deliver until 8am to avoid waking the household.
