During the time when the country was shut-down, I had to buy a car from out-of-state and have it shipped from Ohio to New York. It was my first experience of shipping and I already wrote a review of how great I felt about American Auto Shipping. When I finally had my new car from a dealer in Ohio, I was ready to send them my old car as a trade-in. Rachel, who had helped out on the first leg, handled the whole second shipment. She was crisp, clear, confident, and professional. She understood my anxiety about timing, answered all of my questions, and gave me the information I needed to choose whether to upgrade to an expedited shipment at a higher price. I chose to stick with the basic price I had chosen and, sure enough, a wonderful shipper picked up the assignment within a day or two. I feel that American Auto Shipping is straightforward and fair to its clients and the transporters. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who might need to transport a car. If I ever have to do that again, I would try to contact Rachel, who was smart, kind, and knowledgeable.
