After signing in contract with a number of trucking brokers that continually lied to win my service, Mark gave a detailed overview of the situation that gave me confidence to make decisions around the type of truck (open/enclosed) and work with American Auto Shipping in an expedited manner. Mark explained how at the rates these companies were quoting were indeed unrealistic as he noted the number of cars in the area looking to get picked up and how the bids were not competitive for my needed expedited timeframe. That also enclosed, there is less competition and at the rate I bought service at drivers were bound to take on my service right away. All seemed true and was true. Meanwhile, the other lying brokers at other companies would say they had a driver and make up stories about them getting hospitalized ect. and were continually failing to perform wasting days. You pay the right amount you get service right away. The driver and team were a pleasure to work with and picked up my car on an enclosed carrier the next day in San Francisco and 4 days later the vehicle arrived in Austin Texas.
