I would definitely use American Auto Shipping again and recommend it to friends and family. I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the first time I called their customer service line, the representative talked over me and yelled - however the manager was detailed in addressing me concerns once I was transferred. They ran one day over the 5 business day pick up however the dispatched driver, Pavel Khalus, was EXCELLENT! I'd give him 5 out of 5. He communicated very timely and clearly. I had a direct number to him at all times. I was able to track my Nissan Rogue because I subscribe to Nissan Connect, and he hauled in those miles very quickly! I really appreciate all his hard work. Transportation is not an easy job.
