Hi Joseph, You asked for a refund after we dispatched your vehicle to the carrier and we provided you with the carrier's name, phone , and the pickup and delivery dates. Once we do that our fee is no longer refundable. This is Industry Norm. All companies on this site have this policy. We are as you pointed out willing to redispatch at no additional charge which you declined.
