The price quote was fair, and the customer service agent I spoke with, Victor, in Florida, was very helpful. He took my credit card information and charged me a deposit to place my order. A few days later he said my car would be picked up on Feb. 27, the date I had requested, or even as early as Feb. 26. I waited all day on the 27th, and did not hear from the company, so I had to call him. He called me back the next day and apologized for not calling me, and said someone would be there to pick up my car in the afternoon of Feb. 28, which was the final day I could remain there at my former residence, and I wanted to make sure my car was transported before I was. The driver did not show up until 7:30 PM, which he said was due to high volumes of freeway traffic in Los Angeles, but he was very polite and helpful, and put my sports car on his truck with ease, and made me comfortable about leaving my baby in his hands. I felt good that my 2002 Pontiac Firebird was in good company on a car carrier truck with other sports cars and luxury cars! The car arrived a day earlier than expected, on Sunday morning, March 3rd, at 11:30 AM. I was not expecting it until Monday morning the 4th, so it was a pleasant surprise.
