I have had cars transported before with household moves, this time was my dad’s old car which I intend to have completely restored, service was prompt, clear explanation of details of move was give, price ended up $100 more than original estimate, delivery driver but not his wife was angry when I asked him to deliver car to alternative site rather than busy intersection. American auto transport both advertised and verbally confirmed a $50 rebate, sent in all material to receive the rebated, never heard back from them or received return email. All last week American auto transport tried to remove this review, saying to this review site they never did business with me, but I forwarded the bill of lading and the review has been reinstated. I would not do business with them again.
