I've used two other transport services in the last 3 years and experienced mixed results. My grandfathers car was not operable and we needed to have it hauled from Fl to OH. American Auto Transport was easy to work with, responsive and timely. Jennifer in customer service was both accessible and knowledgeable, ultimately saved us a few bucks by having the car dropped off at a repair shop. Our vehicle arrived on schedule and damage free. Great service, I will use them again when the need arrives.
