David Gatz (American Auto Transport) contacted me when he saw my pending shipment on a website, listed by another broker. He noticed that the price being offered to truckers seemed unreasonably low and inquired about my expectations. I provided limited information, but elected to honor my previous agreement and stay with my current broker. Later, when deadlines had passed and they asked me for more money, I fired them, contacted David and signed a fixed price contract with American Auto Transport. The vehicle was picked up on time and delivered ahead of schedule, in excellent condition. The driver was professional and courteous. The financial transaction was seemless.
