I was very pleased on timeliness both during pickup and delivery. When I called for pickup, they were prompt in setting up appointment for next day. The driver came on time the next day unlike other company of same service nature couldn't determine when they can set pickup time and date. I had exchange of stories with the driver that made me feel comfortable through out the process of pickup. On the day of delivery, the driver called my wife hours before he gets to our place and made sure that he communicates with us while cruising so no time was wasted. Overall, I will recommend this company!
