Overall service was really good. I got burnt with another carrier when the driver didn't show up and the company still retained the $150 deposit. AAT was upfront with charges and didn't sneak in any hidden cost. They hire quality drivers; my driver (greg) was extremely polite and very professional! Only one area of improvement that I would suggest to AAT, please return customer calls promptly. I know there is a lot of work being done in the background to hire a good driver and meet customer delivery requirement but just keep the customer in the loop on the status. Other than that, good service!
