This is our first time using an auto transporter to ship our car. So, I was not very aware about how this business runs. The sale person sounded very promising: he said that our car will be picked up on the first available day and maybe the second day. But it ended up came two days later. Also, once the contract is signed. The sale person was no longer accessible anymore.
The customer service person was very good about contacting us once we agreed with the sales person. But later it is very hard to reach that person by phone.
The truck driver was in general pretty good, friendly and professional. But he was not accessible before he finally delivered the car. Because he was late to deliver, I tried to call him several times and left him messages asking where he was and when he would expect to deliver (on the day he said he will deliver). He never returned my calls.
