I would never use AAT again. I had a horrible experience. On the day my car was to be picked up, they called me and told me that they needed to charge me $50 more than was stated in my contract with them. Even though they had sent me a written contract, they maintained that it was "just a quote" and not binding. I should have known better than to use this company. After I called their toll-free number the first time, I received calls from numerous of their sales reps, all competing with each other. After I had a contract with them, one of their reps even called me encouraging me to sign up at a higher price, telling me that AAT had a practice of trying to squeeze more money out of customers on the day of the scheduled delivery by telling them they couldn't find a driver to do it at the originally quoted price. That is exactly what happened to me.
AAT absolutely refused to haul my car unless it would pay them an additional $50, which I refused to do. They were not even apologetic about it. They were arrogant, thinking they had me over barrel and I would've no choice. I was so incensed, I never would've paid the $50. I had to find a different company to haul my car.
Based on my experience and observations, AAT uses unscrupulous business practices. A would never use them again.
