I scheduled a pick up on a Thursday without any problems. Once they didn't show up, I called to get a time estimate and nobody called me back..........for 3 days, and I'm still waiting for a call back. I left multiple messages and customer service won't contact me. The sales department is the only phone where someone will answer and they say they can't do anything. I cancelled by email and hope they go bankrupt. Horrible experience. NEVER USE THEM...........EVER!!
