I rarely leave feedback for businesses and services rendered but I felt it a must in this case. I used their services and my vehicle arrived on time just as they promised. Their service is easy to order and very reasonably priced.
From start to finish the whole experience was an excellent decision. My primary fear was the safety of my vehicle in someone elses hands and the fear of getting my vehicle damaged. American Auto Transport treated my vehicle as if it were their own.
My salesperson Angela provided me with excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. As a woman I had no idea the questions to ask because this was the first time I had ever shipped a car. Angela and the rest of the staff, right down to the delivery driver all gave me the piece of mind that I needed.
From start to finish the experience was excellent. If you are looking for a dependable and honest service to ship your vehicle I would say look no further. I would recommend American Auto Transport to anyone.
