After several failed contracts, I decided to choose American Auto Transport as they called to ask if I still needed to transport my son's car. I was frustrated at that point and decided that I would use anyone within a reasonable price. Jason Hill called and offered me a quote of $675.00. That was just a bit higher than the other quotes that I had before. Jason explained everything and gave me a tracking number plus several numbers to contact if I had any questions.
My only complaint was that customer service gave me different dates for pick up and delivery that I had arranged with Jason. I complained and the the pick up date was back to the date I originally requested.
Nick the transportation truck driver was great also. He met us at the local mall parking lot as there was more space for him to load the truck. He too, explained how the process worked and carefully inspected my son's car before loading it on the truck. It took a week for him to get the car to my son, but worked well with communicating with him. My son is stationed on a ship, so has poor phone service there. The place for delivery changed as the original road was under construction. My son got his car and says that it is in great shape. Thanks American Auto Transport!
