When I made arrangements for shipping my car from Florida to California, I spoke with Jason who was very helpful. He ensured that I understood the process and made sure I had the driver's direct phone number so that I could coordinate delivery. The driver went out of his way to contact me to ensure I would know when to expect him. And while the company was able to deliver my car a whole day earlier, because I was out of town, the driver made other arrangements to meet me when I was back in town to drop off my vehicle. He was very understanding and nice.
