I'd never used an auto transportation service before and was leery of doing it, but when my family moved and we need one of our family vehicles moved for us I chose American Auto Transport. What could have been a horrible experience ended up being a wonderful one with the people at American Auto Transport providing stellar service from the initial order for the transport to be made to the pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle. Ms. McKee was professional, kind and knowledgeable about the services they offered and was able to get me an affordable transport price for our car. The driver who picked up the car was able to get the vehicle on the transport fast, safely and without any problems. And, the drop-off ended up being a little earlier than expected, so it was nice being able to have our car back with us sooner than we had thought. Overall, it was a great experience that I would do again and would recommend to others.
