The customer service at this company is amazing! Chris Archer was the best rep I've ever spoken to in a call center. I will definitely recommend this service to my family, friends, and coworkers. The prices is what lured me in, and the service will be what will keep me coming back. None of my furniture or belongings were damaged with the move, but Chris still helped me out by discounting my services when the movers had to call me to get directions. My new house sits in a subdivision on a cul-de-sac, and already I've missed parcel packages because of my location. So, I appreciated it when the movers took the time to call me to be sure they could find me. Chris said the discount was to show appreciation for my patience.
