Please be sure to do your research before you use this company. On the date scheduled for my pick-up, I had to contact the company and driver regarding a pick up time. I was also given conflicting pick up times by both. The driver later informed me that he could not drive into the Washington, D.C. area and needed me to meet him at a different location for pick up. He then refused to answer subsequent phone calls.
Repeated calls to the company went unanswered and were returned late and when I reached a representative, she was rude. American Auto Transport retained my deposit, despite their inability and refusal to pick up my car. THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM OPERATION AND SHOULD NOT BE ENTRUSTED WITH YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU CARE ABOUT IT.
