I had a review on this site earlier this month ,april 7th .At that time we had no idea where our car was. Delivery was April 4. American Auto hasn't helped us in finding our auto. They subcontracted out to United Auto Transport unbeknownst to us. We did have a siting of it on April 10 and spoke to the driver Nadir, who told us he fixed our car and changed oil.He's not supposed to touch it, only transport.When we did see our car there was damage to the rear side panel. We asked Nadir how this happened. He wouldn't answer . He told us to sign the papers and give him the money. We again tried to contact American Auto they never answered our phone calls or emails.This driver just up and left with our car.We called the Long Beach police incident report 6098-14. As of April 15th we don't know where our car is. Shady Companies.Save yourself the nightmare.
