When I first talked to sales representative and requested my car to be shipped from Michigan to California ASAP as I was moving out and had no one to leave my car keys with, he guaranteed that my car would be shipped before I leave! Once I signed the contract all promises are gone! American Auto Transport is not competent in giving an estimate delivery date. I was assigned a truck only after 10 days of singing the contract! And the driver kept changing the pick up date! When the promising day came, the driver didn’t show up and only after two days he answered my calls saying my truck was broke! And he had to cancel my order! The customer service never picked up the phone, only responded after few hours of leaving them a voice message! American Auto Transport were not aware of the situation, I called and asked for an immediate action, they said they are going to call me back, they didn’t and guess what they are not answering my calls!! My car was supposed to be shipped a week ago!! Here I am in California and my car is still in Michigan!
