During my visit to Anaheim , California from San Jose, Ca. My Merc E500 hit an object on Friday 25th. The Merc front end lowered alerting me of the damage. Since this being a visit, where I have no known contacts, I worried about the impact of the non-operating car. This concern led me-for the first time to contact various Transportaion cos on Saturday 26th. , 6 or so cos.contacted on Saturday only one co. , American Auto Transport Co. ( Alan Schmidt ) contacted me. During this conversation Alan alleviated my concern and assured me that by Monday morning my car would be picked up for delivery to San Jose ( 360 miles ). Alan provided me with drivers particulars for the pick-up . The driver Edgar was prompt and return my calls and delivered the car on Tuesday 28th., pick-up on 27th. Kristina , Alan and Edgar dealt with me professionally.
