I was working with a company by the name of Ship your car now LLC and they kept me waiting for 2 weeks! They also called me back and asked me for more money. I called Chris Carter and he was very helpful, my shipment was already delayed, so he explained the whole process of brokers vs carriers and was great. I would certainly recommend American Auto Transport
