I used another carrier previously for my car and they were a nightmare. Took forever to get my car and they never once told me they couldn't deliver on a weekend. In fact that company told me quite the opposite.
Enough griping about someone else. American Auto Transport was a dream compared to that. We had one hiccup but it was minor and not even worth going into detail about. Wish the driver knew a little more English but that's not his fault really. I can't blame anyone on that. Other than that, they were amazing. He was professional, early for the delivery. They told me Thursday afternoon but got here by Thursday morning. They told me they arrived in my town the night before but it wasn't until around 9PM so they didn't want to disturb me by trying to deliver then. That was icing on the cake. Early and courteous. Cost was not nearly as much as my previous carrier. Everything from Customer support and sales to the transportation team were just amazing. Where my 1st car was delivered using a different carrier and took 2 weeks, AAT took 3 days! That's awesome!
