They are the absolute worst! I should have read the reviews before I hired them but they were recommended by the dealer that sold me my car so I didn't bother. In a world of good customer service, I don't know how these guys still exist. It was one the worst experiences that I've had in a long time. I had them ship my classic car......that was a huge mistake. It started out bad and got worse. They were suppose to pick up my car on Monday from the dealer. I was guaranteed a Weds. delivery......the didn't show up until Tuesday evening. Weds came and gone....no car! I called Chris Carter who is the broker. He said he would find out where my car was and he would call me back....He never called back. Left numerous messages and he would never call me back......His outgoing recording finishes with saying.....Have a blessed day......I don't know how this guy sleeps at night. Any God Loving person would act totally different from that. He's a B.S. Artist!! The Customer Service would also not call me back. I was luckily able to finally get a hold of the driver because my dealer had his phone number from the pick up. The driver said he would be there on Thursday, he was never told it needed to be here by Weds. Thursday came and gone....No Car!! I finally got the car on Friday afternoon. When I saw the way it was tied down on the truck my heart dropped into my stomach. The driver put J-Hooks into my frame rails and bent up my classic car that I had been searching for years!! He said I didn't know you shouldn't tie them down that way. Incompetence from start to finish! If you want disappointment, heartache, anxiety! then hire these guys, if not stay far from them!
