if possible, it deserves negative rating. committed pick up for 02/09 and delivery on 02/12. No pick up on time and no response once you sign their document, worst experience with these guys, total mess !!!
Finally Car picked up on 02/13 and delivered on 02/19. No clear idea about status during whole time. I was contacted by Nick Armstrong and he will never respond your calls once you get trapped after signing documents and carrier assignment.
