I contracted with American Auto Transport to ship my car from Pittsburgh Pa to Jupiter Florida for $970. They were to pick up the car on Dec 27 2020. They never showed up and I called them late that afternoon and they told me it would be the next day and someone would call me that evening. ' This went on for three more days until Dec 30 when I cancelled with them. I had airplane tickets to Florida on the 30th and I had to rent a car for a week for $400. I got another carrier to transport it after the new year, They were not rude on the phone or anything but they just did not deliver on the promise to get my car there at a reasonable time. They used the excuse about getting drivers close to new years but they knew this when they booked this with me. I cannot recommend them as they caused me alot of grief and money.
