Despite initial miscommunication problems the car transport went through splendidly, and in record time. Abraham, the driver was a very kind and meticulous man, who took good care of securing the car, and reassuring us.
I would definitely recommend this company to others, and would use your services again, should the need arise. Just a word of caution: More up front communication about the role of the broker, and about the entire the process (since MOST people do this maybe once in a lifetime,and have NO IDEA what to expect) would save some aggravation for the company, as well as for the customers.
