I filed a report with the BBB and I am filing a lawsuit for the damages to my vehicle. Not only was the vehicle damaged but they lost the key and it had a flat tire when I picked it up. I have transported my vehicle several times between Michigan and Nevada with other companies and never had a problem until I used American Auto Transport (out of Illinois).
