I had a car moved from Orlando Florida to Grand Rapids, Michigan. When I first contracted with this company I thought I was able to track my car after pick-up. Car was picked up on time but not able to track it down with a poor customer service dept. They were hard to get a hold of and they did not return calls. Alex Whitaker whom I first talked to and contracted with would have nothing to do with me when I tried to contact him after no luck with contacting their customer service. He told me I was not a special person and I needed to wait in line to get a call back from customer service. Not very professional

I was to receive 12 hrs notice for delivery, but got a 4 hr notice. Received car at night , so unable to look at car for damage. The driver of the truck was the most professional of the whole move. He was the contacting me and was very nice to talk too. He gave me 24 hrs to look the car over the next day to report any damages. Everything was fine. I would recoment Youngs transport out of Naples florida for your next move . That is who this broker used.
