American Auto Transport was swift in finding us a carrier. They found us FLJ Transport LLC. They picked our car up as scheduled, and advised us the 2 vehicles would be in IL the next day. We were not flying in until the day after, so we paid in advance. They called the next night and advised the vehicles were there. When we arrived the next morning my mufflers were hanging off of my van. I called FLJ Transport LLC, they said to send pictures to their website, which I did. I called back to see if they had received it, no answer. I called and left a couple of messages, but never received a return call. I replaced the mufflers at 180.00 and decided it wasn't worth trying to run them down. If a transport company assigns you FLJ Transport, do not agree, ask for another transporter.
