We would certainly not bait and switch. If in fact you were sent an open carrier rate and then were quoted enclosed that is possible we had to conduct another quote for you. Pricing for open & enclosed carrier have a steep difference in pricing. If you were quoted a price a day prior we would honor the price, but a difference in pricing such as this you may have called another company, in which we constantly get mistaken for.
