My husband and I moved from Ohio to Texas and had never moved a vehicle before and I didnt know what I was doing at all when it came to choosing a moving company. I would say im somewhat of a control freak and thought I wouldn't have a lot of control over this part of the move but Mitch, the owner, made me feel like I was in total control. Mitch was amazing from the start. There were no gimmicks or pressure and he made the whole process very clear from the start. He explained the whole process from picking the driver to the picking up and delivery of the vehicle. He detailed the payments and even gave me the drivers cell phone number, which I didn't expect, so that I could stay in contact through the whole process. It ended up that the driver would be arriving early and I would still be traveling to Texas so it was arranged to have my vehicle stored for a few days until I arrived in Texas and there wouldn't be any additional charge. Americn Car Transportation was excellent to work with and very detailed and accommodating to my situation. I will definitely use this company and recommend them to friends and family.
