Service and reliability of information was excellent. Alvin was always answering my inquiries and provided me with honest and reliable answers. The driver also kept me informed of the status of delivery and per my son (the recipient) things were quick and easy and that the car condition was the same when it was picked up and the stuff I sent on the trunk were intact.
