Overall I was satisfied, however the customer should not have to contact American Car Transporters to detemine when their product is going to be delivered. The customer should be contacted letting the customer know exactly what's going on with the delivery. After a brief conversation with Mitch and customer service my issues were resolved in a timely manner.
