Communication was very poor from the beginning. I didn't get cofirmation that the car was going to get picked up until the day before. I was quoted $700, $150 for the broker and $550 for the driver. At pick-up the driver showed the dispatch paperwork from the broker indicating he was due $650 not $550. Broker wouldn't return my calls. I finally contacted the broker and was informed that the terms had changed at my expense! I requested to speak to the owner/manager who conveniantly was out of the office. The never called me back. There are plently of other transport companies out there and I would never use them again. I plan on disputing my $150 credit card payment for the extra $100 I was charged. I would advise anyone and everyone to look elseware!!!!!
