I thought American Century Transport was a top notch company. Until after I paid them and I was waiting for my gas voucher. Customer service was less than accomodating and bordering on insolent. If I had known how the gas vouchers worked, I would have been less likely to use American Century Transport. I was counting on the gas vouchers to pay for gas for two long trips I had to make across the country. SAD mistake. So now that my naivete has been exposed, I will discuss the gas voucher. GREAT!!! I get $500 worth of gas vouchers. AND Ii get 16 months to spend it. Not by choice. Why does it matter if I spend $100 a month in gas? I won't have a problem with sending in gas receipts totalling that much; I DO have a problem with the why. Why do I not get a gas voucher or gas card that totals the amount promised ($500) to be redeemed at my convenience. The fact that this is not explained at the outset seems a deceptive (lying by ommission). I will think twice before using this company again.
