Damage to vehicle and Gas card

In Nov. 08 I called ACT and talked to Evelyn SANTIAGO. I told her that my hood was damaged in shipping. I told her that I have pic's of the truck before it was shipped and the truck's vehicle survey to prove that it was not damaged before I recieved it. I was instucted by her to fax her both survey forms when it was picked up a Tucson and dropped off at Matson in Longbeach. I also e-mailed pic's before and after the damage. She stated that they would do a investigation and get back to me at a later date. I e-mailed her in May and June and have had no response. Calling is a waste of time because you alway get Odalys who gives you the run around. I did call one time and got someone new and I could hear in the back ground "don't pick it up" He was friendly and took down my name and number. I have not received any returned calls. I was also promised $500 in free fuel from them and told to sign up at Claimyourgas.com. I have been mailing in my vouchers since Feb. and have not recieved any free gas yet. I now get a answering machine and no one will call back. The gas volcher is worthless because the company is bankrupt. If you have damage to your vehicle, they give you the run around and will not help you. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
