Walter sounds great on the phone, but failed to deliver service. Once he got my money he ceased to exist. Contract signed for vehicle pickup on 8/31. Transportation service first arrived on 8/29. My car salesman had to call me to tell me that. When I called Walter he had no clue what was happening. On 8/31 I waited until 3pm to check on my car. My call was routed to John, whoever he is, he said he was driving, needed my order number, and would call me right back. Two hours later, nothing. Finally reached Walter, who had no clue who I was. He'd also get right back with me. By 8pm, my car was loaded up. I told him that I needed it by 11am on 9/2. Walter, no problem. Well, on 9/1 as time kept passing, I reached out to him. He explained that he's not the driver, only the middleman. That's not my fault, I told him that I hired and trusted him. He said he'd look into it. After another two hours, no call. I had to contact him. He said he didn't know what was going on. Me, how about you at least call the transportation company? He did do that and despite saying he'd call me, sent me a text, 1/2 hour later, that I wouldn't have my car until after 2pm on 9/2. Don't trust him. Once he gets your business, you vanish in his mind.
