Very Happy working with John at American Connection Auto Transport. From start to finish John was hands on - addressing all my concerns immediately. Calling me back and resolving issues making me very comfortable during the entire process. It was great having someone guiding me and taking me through an unfamiliar process and helping me get through any bump in the road that may come up. I was very very pleased with the customer service and professionalism that I received. This was a very rare experience dealing with a Rep that really cared to get you through a confusing process and returning calls and texts almost immediately. I felt no stress because of the customer service I received from John and would definitely say “moving” a car, piano, house is always tricky - this is one of the only times I’ve worked with someone that was so professional and took care of business
5 star rating from me - and the experience was what was presented to me - no huge surprises - no surprise bait and switch - just professional.
If you’re like me and feel unsure of how this all works - this company made it as easy as you would hope and never leaving you wondering.
